The Book of Dow believes that it may be Story, as in an untraced daughter of William Storey and his first wife, not his second, Sarah Starbuck. William Storey was an apprentice to Samuel Dix, untraced, who may have settled in Ipswich (-1647) or Dover (1648-, recorded as William Storer).
